Michelle Fuhr, M.S., LLP, BCBA
Michelle Fuhr is the Supervising Behavioral Consultant at our Clinton Township location. Michelle has been with University Pediatricians Autism Center since 2010. Michelle received her bachelor’s of science in psychology, master’s of arts and BCBA at Western Michigan University under Dr. Richard Malott. She has 11 years of experience working with children with severe behaviors, limited communication, and social skill deficits. She is also extensively trained in Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and is also CPI, CPR, and First Aide certified. Michelle has taught and developed classes for the BCBA Programs at Wayne State University and Oakland University at the master’s level. Michelle teaches the Wayne State University BCBA and BCaBA programs. Her research interests include: language development, attending skills, and identifying and teaching early learning developmental skills. Her favorite class to teach in the BCBA program is treatment planning. Michelle loves to see families and children grow together and making a difference in the families lives. In her free time, Michelle likes to spend time with her daughter and husband.
